Renieal’s Story

Renieal Campbell is a multifaceted leader whose work spans corporate strategy, military operations, youth empowerment, and public influence. A dynamic corporate leader, military strategist, and media personality, she brings eight years of experience transforming complex systems into structured, data-driven programs across military, nonprofit, and consulting environments.

As a Senior Operations Officer and Senior Drill Sergeant, Renieal helped design and implement national assessment and readiness programs for the U.S. Army. She helped give leaders real-time visibility across more than 5,000 personnel — work that closely mirrors competitive intelligence, where identifying risks, interpreting patterns, and guiding strategic resource allocation is essential. Her ability to translate large-scale data into clear action has strengthened decision-making at every level she has served.

Beyond operations, Renieal is a motivational speaker, youth mentor, and former Miss Pennsylvania Earth USA. She has partnered with organizations such as Complex, Vice News, Under Armour, The Travis Manion Foundation, The Philadelphia Union Foundation, Elite Daily, The Philadelphia Eagles, and the United States Army to advance youth development, veteran empowerment, and community storytelling.
